Thyroid

The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland located in the front of your neck, just below your Adam's apple. It's a crucial part of the endocrine system, responsible for producing hormones that regulate various bodily functions.

Thyroid disorders are two types :
1. Hypothyroidism → Increase the weight, Easily Fatigue and Sexual Disorders.
2. Hyperthyroidism → Decrease body weight, Increase Temprament (Aggressiveness) including metabolism, energy production, growth, and temperature regulations.

Thyroid can have serious health consequences.

Hypothyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland doesn't produce enough hormones, resulting in symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, depression, and sensitivity to cold. Left untreated, it can lead to complications such as heart disease, infertility, and joint pain.

Hyperthyroidism happens when the thyroid gland produces an excess of hormones, leading to symptoms like weight loss, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, and sweating. If not managed, it can result in complications like osteoporosis, heart problems, and vision issues
